Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% or full fare).
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
3. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must ensure timely arrival at the pickup location.
No illegal substances, smoking, or open alcohol containers are permitted in the vehicle.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by them or their party during the trip.
4. Service Limitations
The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond its control.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears to be intoxicated or poses a safety risk.
5. Waiting Time & Extra Charges
A grace period (typically 10–15 minutes) is provided. Extra waiting time will be charged per 15-minute increment.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, tolls, or changes in the agreed-upon itinerary.
6. Vehicle Substitution
The company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher capacity in the event of unforeseen circumstances or mechanical issues.
7. Liability
The company is insured according to the relevant local regulations.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger; the company is not liable for lost or stolen items.
8. Privacy & Data
All personal information collected during booking is kept confidential and used only for service provision and communication.
