Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% or full fare).

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount.

3. Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must ensure timely arrival at the pickup location.

  • No illegal substances, smoking, or open alcohol containers are permitted in the vehicle.

  • The client is responsible for any damage caused by them or their party during the trip.

4. Service Limitations

  • The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond its control.

  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears to be intoxicated or poses a safety risk.

5. Waiting Time & Extra Charges

  • A grace period (typically 10–15 minutes) is provided. Extra waiting time will be charged per 15-minute increment.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, tolls, or changes in the agreed-upon itinerary.

6. Vehicle Substitution

  • The company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher capacity in the event of unforeseen circumstances or mechanical issues.

7. Liability

  • The company is insured according to the relevant local regulations.

  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger; the company is not liable for lost or stolen items.

8. Privacy & Data

  • All personal information collected during booking is kept confidential and used only for service provision and communication.
