We have Full-Size Luxury SUVs.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. The full fare including related charges and fees will be billed and is NON refundable within 24-hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PICK-UP TIME?
Please call us to request a change to your reservation.
WHAT ARE THE VEHICLE PASSENGER AND LUGGAGE LIMITS?
For our Full-Size luxury SUV service, the limit is 7 passengers. Please contact us about luggage capacity.
CAN I BRING MY SKIS OR A SNOWBOARD?
Yes, ski and snowboard luggage will fit inside all of our vehicles. We do offer ski racks or roof top cases as well.
DO YOU OFFER A SHARED RIDE SERVICE?
No, we only offer private transportation that eliminates waiting at the airport for other travelers. You will be driven directly to your destination without stopping for other travelers.
HOW LONG BEFORE OUR FLIGHT DO WE NEED TO LEAVE PARK CITY?
We recommend leaving Park City 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure at the Salt Lake International Airport.
DO YOU PROVIDE CAR SEATS FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, we provide rear facing seats for infants, forward facing child seats, and booster seats at no charge.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
Our dispatch software automatically tracks your flight, ensuring that we will have a vehicle waiting for you when you arrive.
HOW WILL WE FIND OUR DRIVER WHEN WE ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT?
Your driver will call or text you shortly after your arrival at the airport to coordinate the pick-up location. Otherwise, please call us when you have all of your luggage, and you will be instructed on where to meet your driver.
DO YOU OFFER A MEET AND GREET SERVICE?
Yes, we offer this service for an additional fee. Please call for pricing.
CAN WE MAKE A STOP ALONG THE WAY?
Yes, this can be arranged when you make your reservation, or you may ask your driver to make a stop. There is a charge of $10 for the stop and $1/minute after the first 10 minutes.
CAN YOU PROVIDE LOCAL TRANSPORTATION?
Yes, we offer local transportation in the greater Salt Lake City area, Park City area and to all destinations in the surrounding area.
